Those responsible for this program believe that among all the participants, Carla has surprised by the interest she shows in everything she does, getting involved at all levels and with a disposition only to reach of the one who pursues a goal relentlessly.
Last May we received with great joy the news that our student Carla de 2 BACH was among the winners of the Canarias Masterclass 2020. This project helps students to know firsthand the reality of which they will be a part in the future. The selection process consists of 4 phases and was developed online (registration, psychotechnical tests, 2-minute presentation video and resolution of applications). The 50 young people selected in the Canary Islands had the opportunity to share a working day with a professional in the sector in which they are interested and were able to know first-hand what their professional life will be like in the future.
In the case of Carla, her work immersion day was at PwC, where she had the opportunity to attend a previous telematic hearing, a talk related to data analysis and learned about all the programs used by PwC, he also went in person to a notary's office. Undoubtedly, the best way to get an idea of the world of law and what your day-to-day life will be like when you finish your university studies. Carla will begin in September the Double Degree in Business Analytics and Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, after obtaining a grade of 13,726 in the EBAU.
Behind this program is the Association for the professionalization of Canary Talent. A non-profit association, which has more than 10 Canarian companies, and which aims to enhance the talent of young people; as well as provide them with the necessary tools to get where they want to go. finalists of this contest are integrated into a follow-up program (maintaining contact with their mentors) to finally join the Canarian labor market, thus closing the circle, with the return of talent to our society.
Congratulations to Carla and the other Atlantic School students who participated in this V edition of the Canarias Masterclass, every step they take is an achievement and for the School, a source of pride.
