The best gift this Christmas: taking care of ourselves

It's already Christmas and it will be a different Christmas. This holiday season we must take care of ourselves and those we love. We have to be responsible and comply with the measures to get out of this pandemic successfully. We will emerge reinforced from this learning that Covid-19 is entailing. The first lesson has been given to us by our families who have contributed, in compliance with the established protocols, to make Atlantic Schools a safe and healthy school environment. Another fundamental pillar has been the teaching team that has done the unspeakable to keep our students safe, who have also been an example when it comes to adapting to this new situation. Nor can we forget the school's cleaning staff and thank them, as day after day they have made every effort to ensure that everything was in perfect condition.
That's why now, that we have emerged victorious from this first quarter, we should not let our guard down. It is time to be with the family, to enjoy with those we love...but we must think that there will already be time for meetings where we will not have to be aware of social distance and we will leave the mask at home. Then we won't have to do cabals to see how we distribute the tables and who we leave out. most importantly: we will hug again.
From the public administrations; both the central government and the regional government have launched awareness campaigns so that this Christmas can be lived safely. Atlantic Schools joins these recommendations and we echo them, because by fulfilling them we will see each other again very soon and that is our greatest desire because it will mean that we are well.
